What the site is for
The site tells you about Outruns and our work. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract. When we work together, we agree the terms of that work in writing.
Our content and our name
The words, images, the Outruns name, the mark and the design of the site are ours, or used with permission. Screenshots of client products are shown with their owners’ permission and remain theirs. Where a photo is licensed from someone else, its credit is shown with it.
You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with credit. Please ask us before you copy the site, use our name or mark, or suggest that we endorse something.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we don’t run. Their own terms and privacy notices apply there.
The contact form
Use the form for real enquiries. Don’t send anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you have no right to share. The privacy notice explains what we do with what you send.

Law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, unless you are a consumer and the law lets you go to the courts where you live.
