Manifesto
AI does the legwork. People make the decisions.
AI can now read, match and check at machine speed: the certificate, the shipment file, the test report, and the gaps between them. It does not create authority. A fluent answer is not proof, and a confident model is not a decision.
So we build systems in which agents do the legwork and people make the decisions. Each step goes on the record: what was done, what it rests on, and who approved it. Organizations and their partners can count on that record.
Where work between partners breaks down
The work that matters most runs across organizations: a brand and its producers, a standard and its members, a platform and the companies on it. The evidence it depends on sits in documents, systems, inboxes and people’s heads.
So each request starts the chase again: find it, map it, check it, get it approved. Suppliers answer the same questions for every customer. Teams rebuild the same evidence for every request.
The tools in place each keep a fragment:
- Portals collect data but sit apart from the systems partners work in.
- Documents keep the evidence but hide its scope, owner and expiry.
- Data platforms centralize information but don’t say who may assert, challenge or approve it.
- Reports capture one moment, then go stale.
- Generic AI gives plausible answers and keeps no record of what they rest on.
The problem is not a lack of data, search or another interface. Partners have no shared way to turn what each of them holds into something all of them can rely on.
Collaboration.
We build the systems organizations and their partners work in together. Each partner keeps its own systems; we connect them, so no one retypes what already exists somewhere else. Everyone works in one place, and anyone authorized can contribute, challenge, correct or approve.
Agents do the legwork in between. They read what arrives, structure it, match it to what is already known, and flag what is missing, contradictory or out of date. Each decision goes to the person who owns it, with the evidence in front of them.
Proof.
The work leaves proof. Each assertion traces back to its source and each decision to the person who made it. Versions, permissions and approvals are kept.
The proof stays current. When evidence, rules or facts change, it goes back for review instead of going stale. What has been approved once is reused, not rebuilt for every request. Each party receives it in the form it needs: an API response, a product record, a submission, an evidence pack or an alert.
A report is a snapshot. This is proof with a pulse.
- Agent step,Structured the partner’s shipment file
- Agent step,Flagged a certificate past its expiry date
- Person’s step,Partner uploaded the renewed certificate
- Approval,Steward approved the record
Trust.
Proof earns trust. Partners who can see what a claim rests on, and who approved it, don’t have to take it on faith or ask for the evidence again.
That trust lets them do more together. A new partner joins without starting over. The next claim builds on evidence already approved. New services and products grow out of work others already rely on. And everything they do together leaves more proof.
What you get
We make what you claim easier to prove, cheaper to maintain, safer to use and available whenever it is needed.
- Happier customers, who can see what they buy: what it is made of, where it came from and how to repair or recycle it.
- Happier partners, who join faster, answer each question once and keep control of what they share.
- Less manual evidence work on every side.
- Claims you can defend, with the evidence behind each one.
- Decisions made faster, with the reasons kept.
- A faster response when rules, standards or evidence change.
- New services and products built on proof your partners already rely on.
What we build is yours. It runs in your own cloud account, on open technology and open standards, and it can be operated and extended without us.
How it starts and grows
- 1Start with one thing that matters.A claim, a decision or a piece of work between partners whose proof is slow, incomplete or hard to provide.
- 2Build it into production. With the people and partners involved: connect their systems, structure the evidence, set the rules and agree who reviews and who approves.
- 3Run it with you.Keep the proof current, resolve the exceptions, and keep improving the automation and the controls.
- 4Grow from it.The next claim, partner, service or product builds on what is already approved.
We earn the next piece of work by shipping the first, not by selling a roadmap.
Bring us one thing that matters.
Tell us about the work you share with your partners, and where it gets stuck.
