This notice covers what you send us through the contact form at outruns.ai/contact. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
Who we are
Outruns Technology, 08018 Barcelona, Spain, is responsible for your details. For anything about them, email hello@outruns.ai.
What we collect and why
Your name, work email, organization and message, and the time you sent them. We use them only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you start. We don’t use them for marketing, and we don’t sell or share them.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Who handles them for us
- Cloudflare, Inc., United StatesHosts the site and receives the form. Like any host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Scaleway SAS, FranceSends your message to our mailbox as an email, from its Paris region.
- Fastmail Pty Ltd, AustraliaProvides our mailbox, where your message is kept. It stores data outside the EU and protects those transfers with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep them
We delete your message within 12 months of our last exchange, unless it leads to work together.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to receive a copy of them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@outruns.ai.
If you think we have not handled your details properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
